At IRP we believe in treating our customers fairly. As such, all claims reported and submitted will be handled with the necessary expertise and knowledge to ensure that we attend to your claim as quickly as possible.
Therefore, to assist you, we have provided you with a quick and easy step by step claims process to follow:
Non-Motor Claims
Non-Motor Claims - Contact IRP as soon as you become aware of any incident that may give rise to a claim. - Complete the non-motor claim form - Provide IRP with all supporting documents to validate your claim - Report the matter to the police within 24 hours and provide IRP with the case number - IRP may appoint a loss adjustor depending on the circumstances and the amount of the claim

Complete the motor claim form IRP Motor

On Motor Accidents

Take photos of damage to both your vehicle and any third party vehicle involved

Take a photo of the third party’s license disk, number plates and third party’s license card, both front and the back

Ensure that you have recorded all the third party’s contact details as well as any witnesses’ contact details

Report the matter to the police within 24 hours and provide IRP with the case number
