Excess Waiver - Sectional Title (Residential) Body Corporate 

This cover is in respect of geyser and resultant damage excess up to a maximum limit of R10 000 for any one event and applicable to every unit forming part of the complex. This policy will only respond if liability has been admitted under the insured's own underlying policy with the respective insurance company insuring the actual building and, provided that the claim in respect of any geyser and resultant damage is valid in terms of the underlying policy in force. NB. All limits are annual policy maximum limits and will be reduced as claims are affected against the maximum limit until completely exhausted. The policy provides only 1 x reinstatement and the necessary additional premium will be applied. All claims are subject to a completed claim form and supporting documents from the underlying insurance company admitting liability for the respective insurance claim.

This cover is in respect of any excess applied to the underlying policy, up to a maximum limit of R10 000 for any one event. This policy will only respond if liability has been admitted under the insured's own underlying policy with the respective insurance company and provided that the claim in respect of the underlying policy is valid and in force. NB. All limits are annual policy maximum limits and will be reduced as claims are affected against the maximum limit until completely exhausted. The policy provides only 1 x reinstatement, and the necessary additional premium will be applied. All claims are subject to a completed claim form and supporting documents from the underlying insurance company admitting liability for the respective insurance claim.

The policy provides only 1 x reinstatement, and the necessary additional premium will be applied. All claims are subject to a completed claim form and supporting documents from the underlying insurance company admitting liability for the respective insurance claim.
