Therefore, to assist you, we have provided you with a quick and easy step-by-step claims process to follow:

Non-Motor Claims

Step-by-step: - Contact IRP as soon as you become aware of any incident that may give rise to a claim. - Complete the non-motor claim form - Provide IRP with all supporting documents to validate your claim - Report the matter to the police within 24 hours and provide IRP with the case number - IRP may appoint a loss adjustor depending on the circumstances and the amount of the claim

Motor Claims

Step-by-step: - Contact IRP as soon as you become aware of any incident that may give rise to a claim. - Contact the IRP Emergency assist number for any Roadside assistance you may require                                              Claim forms​ - Complete the motor claim form IRP Motor - IRP may appoint a loss adjustor depending on the circumstances and the amount of the claim                On Motor Accidents - Take photos of the damage to both your vehicle and any third-party vehicle involved. - Take a photo of the third party’s license disk, number plates and third party’s license card, both front and back. - Ensure that you have recorded all the third party’s contact details as well as any witnesses’ contact details - Report the matter to the police within 24 hours and provide IRP with the case number.
